About Beacon Holidays!

In the early 1990’s, my family and I visited various places in Africa. At that time, it was as a strange choice for a vacation being relatively unknown and undiscovered. However, every time I travelled across the length and breadth of that wild, colourful land, I was mysteriously drawn to the people, the culture and the landscape. It was on one such visit that I was overwhelmed with the desire to share this marvelous, mystical land with other travellers; a land that I had fallen in love with.

It has been this ever-growing passion that led to Beacon Holidays marketing the African continent as a potential travel destination in 1996; the first agency to do so in India. However, passion was backed up extensive research; travelling across the cities and countries looking for the best vendors to satisfy every requirement our customers may have. This has made us experts in the locations we offer tours to chief among them South Africa, Kenya and Tanzania.

From those initial years of an African sojourn, Beacon Holidays has grown to offer travellers customized dream holidays in Australia, New Zealand, Scandinavia, Eastern Europe, Turkey, Greece, Span, France, Portugal, Fiji, Tahiti and now South America. Fancy celebrating your birthday in the Australian bushland? Hike down an ancient Inca trail? Bond with your colleagues in the great outdoors? We undertake to make these desires reality with that extra, personal touch.

The reason we are able to provide such magical experiences are because we anticipate our customers every need and we have 20 years experience in making people happy. Another reason why each of our guests is satisfied is that we regularly visit all our locations and keep up-to-date with the local goings on to ensure a safe, pleasant and memorable trip. And in doing so, we seek to create an opportunity to see and experience a place in a way that will make you fall in love with it. The way I did with Africa.
