- Day 1, 2, 3 & 4: Victoria Falls Zimbabwe/Hwange
On arrival into Victoria Falls Airport off a flight to be advised, you will be met by a rep from Love for Africa once you have cleared customs & immigration who will drive you to Half Way House for Camelthorn Lodge located at Hwange National Park in Zimbabwe. The drive between Victoria Falls & Hwange National Park will take approximately 2.5hours and on arrival we will be met by Camlthorn Lodge where guests will be for four nights on an all inclusive basis of all our meals, activities, laundry, drinks on activities only and drinks at the lodge for your own account.
On Arrival at Hwange National Park, we will have a picnic lunch on your Game Drive from the national park entrance to Camelthorn where we will be for two nights.
Camelthorn Lodge which is nested in a patch of pristine woodland just west of Ngamo Area in Hwange’s National Park. The Lodge is unique in its style and design and has as its centre piece a huge ancient Camelthorn tree. One the edge too of Ngamo Plain, and strategically placed to explore the remote and unspoilt south eastern portion of the park, Camelthorn will also provide a spectacular wilderness experience.
- Day 5: Victoria Falls
This morning after an early morning Game Drive, we will have breakfast in Camp and shortly after at 09H00, guests will leave for Victoria Falls driving through the park and once at Half Way House, we will be met by a Love for Africa driver/guide for our road transfer to Victoria Falls taking no more than 2.5hrs from Main Camp to Elephant Hills Hotel where we will be staying for three nights.
On arrival into Victoria Falls, guests will check in prior to going on a Sunset Cruise on the Zambezi River that will have canapés and drinks included.
Dinner this evening will be for your own account.
- Day 6: Victoria Falls
This morning at 08h30 you will be picked up for a guided tour of the falls.
The Victoria Falls also known as "Mosi oa-Tunya" ("the smoke that thunders") is positioned almost exactly half way along the mighty Zambezi River 2700 km journey from it's source to the sea. Here the river plunges headlong into a 100m vertical chasm spanning the full one-and-a-half kilometre width of the river creating the biggest curtain of falling water in the world and also one of the seven nattural wonders of the world. Victoria Falls is approximately 1700m wide, and varies in height from 80-108 meters. It’s one and a half times wider than Niagara Falls and is twice the height making it the biggest curtain of water in the world. At its peak waterfall, when peak flood waters occur. Roughly 625 million litres of water flow over the edge per minute. This huge volume of water produces a spray that rises up to 1650 feet into the air.
- Day 7: Victoria Falls
This day will be open for optional activities for you do to not included in this package but you have time to do an Elephant Back Ride, Walking with Lions, Bungee Jumping, Gorge Swings, Crocodile Cage Diving, Helicopter Flights, Golf, White Water Rafting, canoeing and etc.
This evening at 19H00, you will all be picked up for our last dinner in Victoria Falls Zimbabwe at The Boma included in this package and excluding your drinks to your own account.
Overnight at Elephants Hills Hotel on a Bed & Breakfast basis.
- Day 8: Depart
Breakfast this morning at leisure and at a time to be advised guests will depart for their outbound flight
